Basic cricket observations

Log selected cricket observations.

For someone who wants simple custom observations during cricket practice or a match.

Cricket currently supports basic custom stat tracking. Innings, legal balls, extras, strike rotation and a runs/wickets scorecard are not supported yet.

The sample needs no account. Its events are temporary and never become your real match records.

From the sideline to the review

  1. 1. Prepare your game

Use this for basic observations only. Do not use the tracker as the official scorer or infer overs and innings totals from event counts.

  2. 2. Record what you see

Tap a stat for the correct side. Practise undoing a mistake in the sample before tracking a real game. Check pending uploads before leaving real tracking.

  3. 3. Review the record

Review counts of the observations you recorded. A Run or Wicket tap is a stat event, not an innings scorecard or a validated match result.

Before you set up

Does this include my league's fixtures and logos?

Availability depends on the competition and its data source. Check the catalogue during setup. A tracking template does not mean every league, logo or fixture is available. You can continue with manual setup where offered.

Can I follow one player?

Choose player setup to follow an individual. Player observations may cover only part of the game and should not be treated as the team's complete stats.

Which plan do I need?

Use the sample without an account, then review the current player, team and club options before setting up paid tracking.

Try it with your sport

Record a stat, undo it, add an opponent event and review the result. When you continue to setup, your sport choice goes with you.
