Creating a Club

There are two ways to create a club in GamePulse: using the district picker wizard (recommended) or creating one manually.

Note: You must be signed in to create a club. If you don’t have an account, you will be prompted to create one during the club creation flow.

Create Club Button

The quickest way to start: click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar, then click “Create Club” from the dropdown menu. This takes you to the club creation page where you can choose between the district picker wizard or manual creation.

District Picker Flow (Recommended)

The club wizard guides you through selecting an existing club from your sporting district:

1. Select State & Sport — Choose your state/region and sport type.
2. Select District — Pick your local sporting district.
3. Select League — Choose the league your club plays in.
4. Select Club — Find your club from the league's club list. If your club is already in GamePulse, you will be notified.
5. Club Details — Confirm or edit the club name, set colours, upload a logo, and configure settings. The wizard pre-fills details from the district data.

Note: The district picker flow automatically links your club to the league, which enables fixture auto-import and ladder standings for your teams.

Manual Creation Flow

For clubs not listed in a district or for custom setups, you can create a club manually:

• Click “Skip to Manual” or “Create Manually” on the wizard to go directly to the club details form.
• Fill in: club name (required), sport, colours, logo, and location.
• You can link to a league later from the club settings.

Club Header Actions

Once your club is created, the club header shows two admin buttons:

• “Manage Club” — Edit club details, manage members, teams, and leagues.
• “Invite User” — Invite a new person to your club with a chosen role and optional team scope.

To create a new team, click the + button at the right end of the team pill row beneath the club header.
