Club & Team Dashboard

The club dashboard is your central hub. It brings together your club header, team navigation, game schedule, ladder standings, and admin tools in one place.

Club Header

The club header appears at the top of every club page. It shows:

  • Your club logo on the left
  • Club name as the primary heading
  • District name as a sub-line below the club name
  • An admin badge below the logo (Club Admins only)

Club Admin action buttons in the header:

  • “Manage Club” — Opens the Manage Club page to edit club details, manage members, view and edit teams, and manage linked leagues.
  • “Invite User” — Opens the invite dialog to generate an invite link or QR code. See Member Roles & Invites.

Available to: Club Admin. Regular members see the header without action buttons.

Team Navigation

Below the club header, a row of pill buttons shows each team in your club. Click a pill to switch to that team’s dashboard.

The + button at the right end of the pill row creates a new team (Club Admins only). See Creating a Team.

On mobile, the team pills are scrollable horizontally.

Team Dashboard Sections

Once a team is selected, the dashboard below the header shows three sections:

Schedule (Game Cards)

Your team’s scheduled and completed games appear as cards. Each game card shows:

  • Opponent name and a HOME or AWAY pill at the top
  • Your team logo (left) and opponent logo or placeholder (right)
  • Current score (if the game has started) or the scheduled date and time
  • Venue name below the logos
  • An edit icon in the bottom-right corner (Club Admins and Team Admins only)

Action buttons on each card:

  • Tracker — Open the live game tracker for this game.
  • Dashboard — Open the game analysis dashboard for this game.
  • Edit (pencil icon) — Edit game details such as date, opponent, venue, and round.

On desktop, game cards appear in the left column. On mobile, use the Schedule tab.

Season Record

A summary of the team’s current season: wins, losses, and draws. When ladder standings are available, the record uses the matching ladder row so it reflects games that may not have been tracked in GamePulse. Without ladder data, it falls back to tracked finished games.

Ladder Standings

The ladder section shows the current league standings for the team’s competition, synced from the linked league.

The Notify button in the Ladder section header (Club Admins and Team Admins only) opens the Send Notification modal to message all team members. See Notifications.

If the team is not linked to a league, ladder standings are not shown.

Mobile Navigation

On mobile devices, the team dashboard uses tab navigation:

  • Schedule — Game cards
  • Stats — Season record and KPI summary
  • Ladder — Ladder standings

Swipe or tap the tabs to switch between views.

Manage Club Page

Access via the “Manage Club” button in the club header (Club Admins only). From this page you can:

  • Edit club name, colours, and logo
  • Manage club members: view, change roles, or remove
  • View and edit teams in the club
  • Manage linked leagues

Team Settings (Manage Team)

Access via the Settings tab in the team navigation tabs (the tab row below the club header, last tab on the right). Available to: Club Admin, Team Admin.

From this page you can:

  • Edit team name, age group, and season
  • Configure stat definitions for the team
  • Manage dashboard presets
  • Manage team members

Game Analysis Dashboard

The game analysis dashboard provides in-depth stats for a specific game. Access it by clicking “Dashboard” on a game card.

Timer Controls

Start, pause, and stop the game timer. Change the current period. Timer state syncs across all connected devices.

Tracker & Setup Buttons

Quick-access buttons to jump to the tracker page or open game setup.

Period Filter

A row of period buttons lets you filter all dashboard widgets to show stats for a specific period or the full game.

Widget Layout

Widgets are arranged in a responsive grid. Each widget displays a specific analysis view (stat comparison, charts, heat maps, and more).

Widget Customisation

Open the settings panel to customise your dashboard:

  • Width/Height — Resize widgets to 1x, 2x, or 3x grid units.
  • Quick Track — Enable quick-track buttons on a widget to record stats directly from the dashboard without switching to the tracker.
  • Add, remove, or reorder widgets.

Widgets

The available widget types include:

  • Stat comparison tables
  • Period breakdown charts
  • Score progression charts
  • Radar charts (stat comparison across categories)
  • Ground stats heat map (where on the field events occurred)
  • Score worm (running score over time)
  • Event timeline
