Getting Started

GamePulse is a live stats tracking and performance analysis platform for coaches, club administrators, and team managers. It supports clubs, teams, games, and in-depth analysis dashboards — from the sideline all the way to post-game review.

Key Concepts

  • Clubs — A sporting organisation. Club Admins manage settings, invite members, and oversee all teams. A club can have multiple teams across different sports and age groups.
  • Teams — Individual teams within a club. Each team has its own schedule, stat configuration, chat, and dashboard. Teams can be linked to external leagues for automatic fixture imports and ladder sync.
  • Games — Individual matches. Created manually or imported from league fixtures. Each game has a live tracker and a game analysis dashboard.
  • Stats & KPIs — The metrics tracked during games. Four types: score stats, required stats, ground location stats, and calculated stats. Configured per team in the team Settings tab.
  • Dashboard — The game analysis view. Shows widgets for stat breakdowns, score progressions, heat maps, and more. Fully customisable layout.
  • Tracker — The live game recording interface. Tap buttons to record stats in real time. Multiple users can track the same game simultaneously.
  • Chat — Team messaging. Chat with all members of a team directly in GamePulse, with real-time updates and unread badges.
  • Notifications — Push messages sent by Club or Team Admins to all team members.

Where to Start

Choose the path that matches your role to get up and running quickly.

I’m a Club Admin

Role: Club Admin

  1. Create your club — Use the district picker wizard (recommended) or create manually. See Creating a Club.
  2. Add your teams — Click the + button at the right end of the team pill row in the club header. See Creating a Team.
  3. Invite your members — Click “Invite User” in the club header to share an invite link or QR code. See Member Roles & Invites.
  4. Create or import games — Import from your league fixture or add games manually. See Creating Games.
  5. Track your first game — Open the Tracker from a game card during a live game.

I’m a Team Admin

Role: Team Admin

  1. Ask your Club Admin to invite you with the Team Admin role.
  2. Open your team dashboard via the club page.
  3. Configure your team stats in the team Settings tab (Manage Team).
  4. Import or create games for your team. See Creating Games.
  5. Track live games and review results on the game dashboard.

I’m a Player or Member

Role: User

  1. Accept your invite link from your Club or Team Admin. Create an account or sign in.
  2. Open your club dashboard to see your team’s schedule, scores, and ladder standings.
  3. Use the chat bubble or Chat tab to message your team.
  4. View your team’s game dashboards to explore stats and performance.
