Tracker

The tracker is the live game recording interface. Use it during a game to tap buttons and record stats in real time. All tracked data syncs instantly to the dashboard.

Available to: Tracker, Team Admin, Club Admin — all can open the tracker.

Collaborative Tracking

Multiple users can track the same game simultaneously. All stat entries are merged in real time — there is no conflict or duplication as long as each person is recording distinct events.

To invite another user to track a game: from the game card on the team dashboard, a Club or Team Admin can share the game-specific invite QR code. The recipient scans the code, signs in (or creates an account), and joins as a Tracker for that game.

Tip: Use collaborative tracking to split responsibilities — one person tracks score and goals, another tracks disposals and tackles.

Timer Controls

At the top of the tracker you will find the game timer:

• Start/Pause — Tap to start or pause the game clock.
• Stop — End the current period.
• Period selector — Shows the current period (e.g., Q1, Q2) and lets you switch between periods.
• Timer auto-stops at the configured period length if set.
• Timer state syncs across all connected devices tracking the same game.

Ground Direction Setup

At the start of each period:

• You are prompted to select which direction your team is kicking/playing.
• This is important for ground location stats, so heat maps show the correct orientation.
• Select your team’s goal end for the period by tapping the appropriate side of the field diagram.

Track Buttons

The main tracking interface:

• Each stat configured for your team appears as a tappable button.
• Buttons are arranged in a customisable layout.
• Tap a button to record that stat for the current time in the game.
• Some buttons may be draggable for quick-access rearrangement.
• Score stats automatically update the live score display.
• Required stats are always visible and cannot be hidden.

Ground Location Stat Popups

For stats marked as ground location tracked:

• After tapping the stat button, a field overlay appears.
• Tap the location on the field where the stat occurred.
• The location is recorded with the stat event and displayed on dashboard heat maps.
• You can cancel the location popup to record the stat without a location.

Score Display

The scoreboard at the top shows:

• Both team logos.
• Current score for each team.
• Scores update in real time as score stats are tracked.

Navigating to Dashboard

From the tracker, you can:

• Tap the dashboard button or link to switch to the game analysis dashboard.
• The dashboard shows all tracked stats in widget format.
• You can switch back to the tracker at any time without losing data.

Note: The edit icon (pencil) on a game card opens the game editor to update game details — it does not open the tracker. Use the Tracker button on the game card to access the tracker.
